1. General

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange and refund options in accordance with the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds

Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Sale, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at Pur.sainne2018@gmail.com providing your order number, the reason for the exchange and details of the product you would like to receive as a replacement.
Once the exchange is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please package the item carefully and send it using the label provided.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship you the replacement product. If the replacement item is of a higher value, we will contact you to settle the difference. If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.
4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service at Pur.sainne2018@gmail.com providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please carefully package the item and send it using the label provided.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
5. Return Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly sent items. For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, unless otherwise stated in the communication with customer service.
6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Pur.sainne2018@gmail.com with photos of the defect or damage and your order number. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund for defective or damaged products.
