Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging intact.

Items on sale, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at Pur.sainne2018@gmail.com providing your order number, reason for exchange and details of the product you would like to receive as a replacement.

Once the exchange is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please package the item carefully and send it using the label provided.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you the replacement product. If the replacement item is of higher value, we will contact you to settle the difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

4. Reimbursement Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service at Pur.sainne2018@gmail.com providing your order number and reason for return.

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please package the item carefully and send it using the label provided.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Return costs

Return costs are free for defective items or items sent in error. For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated in customer service communication.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Pur.sainne2018@gmail.com with photos of the defect or damage and your order number. We will arrange an exchange or full refund for defective or damaged products.
